Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped. For returns, please contact our customer service for return shipping instructions. Please note that refunds will not be issued for refused deliveries (unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be destroyed).
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain cases, we may be able to reroute the shipment back to our warehouse. However, customers will be responsible for the carrier's return cost and a restocking fee (ranging from 10%-25% depending on the product).
Shipping Policy
Orders in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery can be expected within 3-7 days after shipping. Please note that this timeline may vary in cases of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
