Return Policy

Return Window
Due to the specialized shipping required for our lift chairs, returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.

Conditions for Return

  1. The chair must be in its original, undamaged condition, free from wear, stains, or damage.
  2. All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be returned.
  3. If the chair was delivered in multiple packages, all must be returned together for a refund.


    Special Return Restrictions
    Fraudulent return attempts or abuse of our return policy may result in denied returns and could lead to the cancellation of future orders.

    Required Evidence for Return

    1. Photos/videos showing the item's current condition.
    2. A detailed explanation for the return.
    3. Shipping & Restocking Fee only applied to manufacturing defects returns.

      For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (regardless of shipping method) and restocking fees (10%-50% of the item's price).

      Return Process

      1. Contact our customer service for a return authorization.
      2. Once authorized, follow our provided instructions for returning the item to our designated Return Center.

        Please inspect your order upon delivery. For any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for assistance.

        Refunds

        Refunds are processed within 2-7 business days after our Return Center confirms the receipt and inspection of the item.
